- Developed new online courses and online minors to increase electives and student enrollment. Grew program 9.89% in 2009 and by 22.21% in 2010.
- Managed 21 online advertising, journalism, public relations, sport communication, and health promotion courses each year. Oversaw 95 sections of these courses throughout the year.
- Recruited, supervised, and retained 31 online adjuncts from all over the U.S. and 9 full-time School of Journalism faculty. Included ensuring that each maintained ACEJMC and SOJ teaching standards for quality and consistency.
- Advised and helped schedule the 1,300 online undergraduate students who took SOJ courses each year.
- Maintained and provided online support for 20 hybrid sections of JRL 215 (Grammar for Media Writing) and the honors journalism course. Included managing the needs of the 400 undergraduate students in these courses.
- Promoted the SOJ’s four current minors in advertising, public relations, sport communication, and health communication on campus, regionally, and nationally.
